It’s been a hectic month so I’ve thrown together a hectic set of big beats and deep b-lines to match.

Dan Sieg’s LP a Sense of Wonder hit at the end of October and in typical Sieg fashion it is larger than your mum’s proverbial. The amount of oomph this guy get into his production is nothing short of miraculous. Give it a listen and I promise you’ll buy it.

New to me were French Tech outfit Apolliania who’s LP Tour á Tour also blew me away this month. Tuff beats mixed with big b-lines and lush melody equals pure sonic joy in my book. Another one well worth the price of admission.

Although tune of the month for me would have to be Trevino’s remix of Dark Sky’s Rainkist. It’s dark, driving Techno with a real twist and even though it feels like it never really drops it just gets under your skin and stays there. Mucho respecto to Trevino for turning this tune on its head.
