A long time ago in a film studio somewhere in the LA area, someone tried to create a Han Solo rogue like figure for the Star Trek universe.  The result was, well, this, a man with a similar vest to Han Solo, and a propensity for wisecracks of an almost funny style.  Along the way, Data tries to learn comedy, asking the holodeck to give us the 20th Century's best comic, then deciding to consult Joe Piscopo instead.
