Animal Wise Radio's Mike and Beth have the pleasure of speaking with two special guests today, each with unique voices and great motivation to share with the world.

Douglas Anthony Cooper, Artist, Novelist, Photographer and Writer, puts his pen to many topics, one of which has been the No-Kill Movement. His recent project is titled Galunker, and is a fruitful collaboration with artist and illustrator, Dula Yavne. Doug will talk about a Kickstarter campaign to support his effort to write a unique book about a bully breed dog named Galunker, and what life is like for a misunderstood hunk of a dog.

We also welcome back Margaret Gates, founder of the info-rich, cat centric, raw food web site, Feline-Nutrition.org. She has a passion for feline nutrition and raw foods, and works to make it easy for anyone to learn what to do to change your cat's diet and health for the better. We'll hear about a new Indigogo campaign, and what goals she's now setting forth!

Michael Mountain, of Earth in Transition, considers a new book by Elizabeth Johnson, Ask the Beasts: Darwin and the God of Love. Is it possible that religious and spiritual grounding can inspire genuine compassion and connection to the natural world?

PLUS: Mike shares his thoughts after previewing the film Redemption: The No Kill Revolution in America that will Premiere in Minneapolis on Friday - kicking off the national No Kill is Love tour. AND we will preview a new Just One Day song by Marc Claus.
