“Should I text my ex?” Ah, the age-old question (at least since texting took over as the main form of communication). Sometimes you have cloudy logic. It’s okay, you’re only human. But when your thinking is irrational and you’re about to do something you might regret, it’s a good idea to take a step back and reassess the situation. Most of us know it’s almost always a bad idea to text an ex-significant other, but we might not be able to say why it’s such a bad idea.
