I started a new 2-7 minute daily segment each day where I go over one topic for the day. It is meant to inspire and help you take action toward reducing your anxiety and living a more peaceful life.

It will be examining a combination  of personal development and psychology to show you different ways to reduce stress and anxiety. All methods discussed are things I have used to heal and are currently using in my life.
