Ep 25: How To Start Over: Let Go Of The Past, Embrace Yourself & Change Your Life with Hung Pham

October 26, 2015

Too often in life, we give up when things start to get hard.

When you broke up with your significant other. Or the time you didn't get your job. Or when your parents start to upset you.

What should you do?

My guest, Hung Pham, went through many hardships in his life which caused him to isolate his family, spend 8 years of gambling, and never letting go of his past.

Growing up as a normal Asian dude with a good GPA and a bright future, his classmates thought Hung would have a bright future. It was the exact opposite.

It wasn't until Hung intentionally reached out for help. Started hustling to get himself out of debt. And focusing on the future instead of the past was when Hung changed his life.

Currently at age 35, Hung wishes he would have avoided thess mistakes and not wasting his 20s doing stupid shit, and he wrote a book to help people you and me about his experiences.

On a personal note, Hung has written two other books but I truly feel like this is the book that he HAD to write. This message and story is something he HAD to share and I'm so glad Hung came on as a guest to be honest, open, and show that people who are the most vulnerable are often the strongest people you'll ever meet.

Thanks Hung.
