Episode 6 – Climbing Mountains with Jason Rawles

February 06, 2015

Episode 6
A walk in the mountains of Snowdonia with Jason Rawles from JR Mountaineering
For the sixth episode of the podcast we were joined by Jason Rawles, founder of JR Mountaineering for a winter walk and climb on Moel Siabod, one of the mountains of Snowdonia National Park.
In this episode...
We start off by asking Jason about himself, and how he ended up running a business in the mountains of North Wales, then go a bit more into the way Jason works and lives in the outdoors, and what that lifestyle means to him.

We also ask him some questions that fans on our Facebook page wanted to ask him, from how to choose a winter rucksack to paranormal experiences in the outdoors!

Jason is also one of the team bringing back the Llanberis Mountain Film Festival, and we talk about the ways you can buy tickets and what there is to see.
