Shalom! It is VERY evident that this year's Aviv search has been infiltrated with CONFUSION! Which calendar do we follow? Do we follow the Biblical calendar, or a calendar made up by man? So many reports, so many opinions. And to top it all off, many are saying that they are following Yehovah and not man! Let's be VERY clear! The vast majority of us are following a witness' report of the Aviv (abib) Barley search. So to say that you are following ONLY Yehovah, by starting or not starting the year with the previous New Moon, is not a true statement. That being said, how can we tell which report is correct? Do we base it on what the church says? Do we base it on whether the storks are migrating or not? Do we base it on the dark moons, which by the way, are a WARNING of FAMINE! Or, do we simply base it on the fact that the Barley must be AVIV in order for there to be a harvest in time for the First Fruits offering? Nehemiah Gordon and his team have a different report than the "other" reporters this year. Ironically these new reporters are bearing the fruit of CONFUSION! So, has the new year begun?
