Occasion Vibration

Occasion Vibration

Sunset

September 19, 2014

Why does staring at the setting sun evoke so much emotion in us? Does it symbolize the end of not just today but all things passing? Does it offers an awe inspiring glimpse into just how unique this planet is in the universe? Can we just not get enough of pretty colors that look like burning? Whatever the source is, you should go deeper into those sunset emotions by listening to this mix.

The serving suggestion for this installment of Occasion Vibration is to start the mix about half an hour before sundown, bask in the low golden rays to some tranquil new-agey cuts, get deeper into some dub influenced rhythms while the sun starts to lower, say goodbye to the light with some heart wrenching 80's covers, then come down to some slow jams and ambient tracks.

1. Kama Sutra - Sugar Steps
2. Sade - Love Is Stronger Than Pride
3. Heights Of Abraham - E.V.A
4. Charlie May - We Control Everything
5. Pulshar - She's Got A Ticket
6. Cole Medina - The Summer Cure (Cole's Bajalearic Mix)
7. Slow Hands - Rhabarbarum
8. I:Cube - Falling
9. Vikter Duplaix - In the Middle of You
10. Stafford Bawler - The Spire
11. Underworld - Ansum

The best way to listen to Occasion Vibration is to subscribe via iTunes. If you've never subscribed to a podcast before, I've posted instructions here.
