In this episode, we talk with Physical Therapist and Women’s Health Specialist, Marianne Ryan.


Marianne is the Owner and Clinical Director of MRPT Physical Therapy in Midtown Manhattan

She is Board Certified as an Orthopedic Specialist (Only one in 10 physical therapists are certified by the APTA), andsits on the APTA panel of experts for high risk pregnancies.


She has over 20 years experience in treating Prenatal and Postpartum patients and has developed a successful treatment program to help women restore their pelvic floor and flatten their tummies. Her experience as an educator includes Columbia University  School of Nursing, Nurse Midwifery Program where she taught Prenatal and Postpartum PT treatment and Exercises.
