Nowhere is the proper analysis of data more life-saving—literally—than in healthcare. And identifying and improving patient safety standards is a critical part of the mission of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The problem: an absolute lack of compatible systems—and, no, interoperability by mapping doesn’t work.
