Constantine - S1E11 - A Whole World Out There
Benn and Jamie breakdown "A Whole World Out There," the eleventh episode of Constantine season one.  They both had pretty good feelings about this one even though it was not the most original episode.
Constantine find himself alone in this episode because Zed is still sick in the hospital and Chas is off being a dad.  Manny finds him at the beginning drinking in his underwear staring at a mirror that reflects back Gary Lester.  Manny quickly pull Constantine out of his funk to help his old pal Ritchie Simpson.
It seems a few students of Ritchie's have made a connection to another realm through the use of an Egyptian ritual that brings them to a house created by a sadistic killer, Jacob Shaw, who used the ceremony to escape death.  They are being hunted one by one by Shaw and brought back to his house of horrors through reflective surfaces.
Constantine and Ritchie team up to protect the last remaining student, Lilly, but their efforts are thwarted by the glass of a cell phone.  They both decide they must perform the ceremony themselves and enter Shaw's reality in order the save her.
Once there we realize that Ritchie is more powerful than any of us thought as he destroys Shaw with his mind.  After a brief flirtation with the idea of staying in the alternate reality Ritchie joins Constantine and Lilly back in the real world.  The questions remains if he will still be the pill popping shell if a man that New Castle has apparently made him.
