Constantine - S1E10 - Quid Pro Quo 
Benn and Jamie disagree about this episode of Constantine.  Jamie loved it and Benn hated it.
Quid Pro Quo opens up with Chas' daughter having her soul stolen by Felix Faust, another mage, from Constantine’s past.  Chas is beside himself trying to find out who has done this to his daughter and a dozen other Brooklyn residents.  Constantine offers to help and brings Zed along for the ride.
Their investigation leads them to a medium and an organ-eating demon.  The demon Constantine must banish to hell in order to regain Geraldine's, Chas' daughter, soul. Constantine in true Constantine fashion uses Zed as bait to find this demon that seems more like an electrified panther rather than demon.  The doing away with said demon is not to the terms of Felix Faust so he changes the terms of the agreement and does not return Geraldine's souls.
This is when Chas takes things into his own hands a offers his soul and the soul of 31 others that he acquired during a club fire after Constantine put a spell on him a few years back and is also why he keeps coming back to life.  Chas changes the terms of the agreement himself and blows Faust up releasing Geraldine and all other victim souls
