Constantine - S1E9 - Saints of Last Resort Part 2
Benn and Jamie are back now that Constantine as returned from holiday hiatus with Saint of Last Resort Part 2.  They both like this episode but still have their misgivings about NBC's support for the longevity of this show.  They share their thoughts about what might be NBC's missteps with this comic property that is near and dear to so many hearts.
This week we pick up where we left off before the holidays.  Constantine is trapped in a sewer waiting to be attacked by a demon after Ann Marie has shot him.  Constantine invites the demon Pazuzu, of exorcist fame, to inhabit his body in order to avoid his fate.  Not to soon after he is arrested by Mexican police for killing five members of a notorious Mexican gang.
While in Mexican jail Constantine recieves a visit from Chas, Zed, and Anne-Marie to help him exorcise his demons.  When this go wrong be cause of a visit by a fellow demon they must use enough heroin to kill ten horses to bring John back to the Mill House.  This is where they think the demon will be weakened enough for the to perform their DIY exorcism.
High jinx ensue as Constantine floats above a bed and tells them what he really thinks of them as Pazuzu take control.  In the end Anne-Marie must forgive herself in order to help her old frenemy.  By the end Constantine is back to his old self and wise cracking with Zed and Chas.
