In this episode Bryan talks about how important it is for us to have a proper mental focus.  It is important for us to remember that what we allow into our innermost mind is going to manifest itself in one form or another.  In all of the craziness going on in the world right now, especially with elections taking place in the U.S. there are all kinds of things going on promoting such concepts of failure and negativity that it is difficult not to be immersed in it if you are on social media of any kind.  It is important not to allow others to dump their mental and attitudinal "garbage" in our living room so to speak.  We shouldn't be doing that the others either.
