Nicole Schaller. I am 25 years old and graduated from CSU, Chico with a BA in Psychology. I currently work as a Nutrition Educator in Shasta County (Redding area). I am also a fitness instructor and an online health and wellness coach. I love all forms of fitness. Being active on a daily basis, eating real food, and living in gratitude are important in my life. I love learning and teaching the importance of eating nutritionally good food, choosing better food options, intuitive eating, and balancing non nutritional foods. I am a big advocate for making your own food and cooking healthier options of unhealthy foods. I believe in holistic living. Everyone should focus on strengthening their mental well being as well as physical well being. I also love gardening. Seeing where my food comes from and learning the importance of real food makes me happy. I love exploring the outdoors whether it be backpacking, hiking, running, exploring, and more.
