Today I have something wonderful for you which is talking about 7 healthy flat belly foods and you’re not going to believe what these are, because some of these have always been this sort of forbidden foods that you’re not supposed to eat.

IN THIS EPISODE, YOU’LL LEARN:


  • Dark Chocolate: has substances in it that not only make you feel good, they are good for you. One square a day is enough


  • Coconut: high in the right kind of fat, great for cooking and versatile


  • Butter from grass fed cows: organic is best, has healthy CLA


  • Avocados: has monounsaturated fat, and helps control appetite


  • Nuts: again the right kind of healthy fat plus fiber and protein


  • Whole eggs: high quality complete protein plus iron


  • Grass fed beef: high in complete protein and iron



I grew up thinking I was fat and worrying about being fat and by the time I was 14 thinking about every single thing I put in my mouth, I would’ve avoided having, say, chocolate or avoided butter or things like that.
And those things are not bad for you. That’s the deal here. They’re not bad for you if you’re eating the right things in the right amount.
I learned about these foods by doing my own research; by waking up to the fact that the myths and beliefs that I’ve held for a very long time were really not so true.
Sometimes we start making foods be evil or things that we should stay away from. When foods that are on this list and some others are actually pleasurable things, enjoyable things; things that make you feel good and it can make you more beautiful at the same time. That’s ideal.
So I really want you to have a positive thought about a lot of these foods instead of avoiding them.
