The first thing to consider is what is in your mind because your mind is what directs your body and what you do with your body is a critical part of the health picture.
So if you start with what’s in your mind, that means the first thing that happens when you wake up in the morning is you banish any thoughts that are negative or toxic. “I hate getting upâ€, “I don’t want to go workâ€, “I wish I didn’t feel this wayâ€. Forget it.
“It’s a day that is going to be fabulous for me.†That’s what you substitute into your mind so that you are not holding any negative thoughts because those toxic negative thoughts have an effect on your physical health.
As far as your physical health goes, the first thing you want to do after a fast of sleeping is you want to feed your body. It needs some nutrition. And you want to give it something that is good for your body to eat.
I start with a power smoothie, you can do the same. As long as you’re eating something that is natural, healthy, organic and free of toxins, you are going to be doing the right thing for your body and loving your body.
Natural Health Quick Tips:
First, banish all negative thoughts from your mind and replace them with intentionally positive sayings – “This is a beautiful day and I am going to be fabulous today.â€
And secondly, you want to feed your body after the fast of sleeping during the night with something that is organic, natural and healthy for your tissues – free of pesticides, free of anything toxic, free of poisons, something that is good for your body – then your body and your mind work together to give you a happy spirit.
