In this discourse Our Spiritual Master KrsnaKnows expounds the Bhakti Yoga Sutras (Path of Love & Devotion) of Devrishi Naradmuni. Narada Bhakti Sutra Chapter 05 – Narada’s Aphorisms on Love Divine – Kinds of Love-Divine(Devotion); Secondary Love-Divine from Sutra 56 to 57.

Sutra 56: The secondary devotion is of three kinds – according to the difference in the mental disposition (of the devotee) or according to the type of discontentment (in the devotees).

Now the teacher tells us that of these three kinds of devotion, each preceding one serves for the greater glory than the succeeding one.
