One of the top hashtags trending on Twitter this week is #worry. With April job numbers showing about 15% unemployment, fear and anxiety are at an all-time high. Many are looking for a source to blame, should we point the finger at capitalism, politics, the system?

Chris also shares the best advice he’s ever received from a mentor, which is to “Give yourself time to be angry, but don’t STAY THERE”. If you reside in a place of anger, you won’t find your way out.
