Emily Bell McCormick, with The Policy Project and Dr. Susan Madsen of the Utah Women and Leadership project join host Lindsay Aerts to talk about Emily's efforts to get Utah lawmakers on board with the idea. They discuss why the need is so great in Utah, and why is hasn't been done yet.
