Jacqueline Rogers founded Tri-HR Solutions; a company specializing in providing full Service Human Resources services for small, medium size businesses, not for profit and government agencies, Tri-HR Healthcare – temporary staffing for the healthcare industry and Tri-HR Staffing – temporary staffing for clerical and administrative positions. The company provides services to privately held client companies in various industries to include medical, retail, security, manufacturing, law firms and more.


Prior to founding her own company, Jacqueline was Director of Human Resource with a Global fortune 500 company with domestic and international responsibility. Jacqueline gained extensive experience in human resources holding various roles in her 25 plus years in human resources with various industries such as manufacturing, medical, hospitality, and government.


Jacqueline is a U.S. Army Veteran and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a Masters of Business Administration, from Cardinal Stritch College, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has completed additional studies for leadership at Notre Dame University and the Center Creative Leadership in the Advance Leadership Program.
