In this episode, Episode 14,  we discuss how one prepares for college.  The discussion revolves around setting realistic expectations and building a solid foundation on the path to college.  We also discuss briefly that college is not the only route.  We'll discuss this further in the next episode of the show.

For our Fluff Topic, we discussed our Favorite T.V. shows.  The topic is broad because one of our favorite pastimes is watching T.V. (no shame here).

We review the Disney movie Maleficent.  It's one of my favorite movies and we both give it 5 hearts out of 5.

We give a Historical Spotlight on Dr. Percy Lavon Julian, a fascinating chemist! The information for this spotlight came from the book Five Brilliant Scientists by Lynda Jones and Illustrated by Ron Garnett, which we've mentioned before and two websites: Biography and PBS, which also discusses the  documentary made of his life.
