Hello everyone and welcome to Bob TV.
Today's healing tip is all about building new connections.
In order to heal effectively and in a healthy way, we need to engage in behaviors that help us heal what has wounded and manage the fear that prevents us from living fully and participating completely in our healing.
In order to "behave" to "act" we need connections to people, places and things. When the connects are broke due to a life storm or the connections stimulate the trauma we experiences, then we need to mend and at times build new connections so that our healing progresses.
If we fail to build and/or mend connections, we isolate. We avoid. We stop healing.
In this video, I discuss the importance of building new connections and why my connection to hockey is so vital to my own healing.
