My guest today is Peter Law, the proud owner of Alchemy Coffee an artisan small batch wholesale coffee roastery. Peter also runs two coffee shops in Quarry Bay and Fortress Hill, and I can personally testify Alchemy is the best coffee in Hong Kong.
