It’s time again for another episode of the Mantastic Podcast brought to you by Mancertified.com. Hopefully we’ll bring you some useful manly information and some laughs along the way. My name is Sean Kavanaugh your host and I’m joined by my friends and co-hosts Allen Wilterdink and John George Ellis.

Just so you know I’ve made an executive decision as the host. I’m not using nicknames every week. I think it’s a bit much.

What’s been shaking this last week? Has anyone done anything they’re ashamed of?

We’re kinda lame like that, we need to get a wild dog is his early twenties on here that parties his ass off. We need night out stories, really stupid ones.  I’m talking sombreros, streaking in the quad, road trip stupidity.

Words I love to use – To a Fault

Gentrify – Wow back when I was a kid this neighborhood was rough it’s really beginning to gentrify.

Nares – Boy kid you really got a set of nares. (My son can really flare his nostrils and instead of saying nostrils I say nares. It’s dumb.)

Juxtaposed – I must have juxtaposed the numbers that’s why there was an error.

Robust – That program has a robust set of features. I say this more because I think it’s funny and I throw it in there just to see people’s face. They are like “What the f”

This isnt one word but I do like to use this two word combo “skill set”

We have never spoken about hot chicks and although all of us have hot chicks for wives I feel its our duty to pontificate about some hot babes.

Are you guys allowed to have Hollywood girl friends? This isn’t a hall pass mind you it’s just someone in Hollywood you think is hot most of the time.

Mine are: Carrie Underwood she’s like the all American Girl. Big blonde hair, bare foot and blue jeans.

Hayden Panitierre (although now that she’s regnant I’m  not super thrilled. I go way back to the Hero cheerleader days.

I have a confession of sorts. I sort of like Arianna Grande but I feel a little dirty because my kids watch Kat and Sam  and Jennette McCaurdy is pretty hot too but I digress.

I really like Jessica Chastain from Zero Dark 30 when I’m feeling like a ginger.

Anyone who knows me knows I’m a cologne whore and it’s both a blessing and a curse. Most often I smell spectacular but I cringe when someone has on bad cologne. So I thought I’d go through my all time favorites. Most of these I still wear, some have been retired and I’ll tell you why when I get to them. BTW guys most chicks dig cologne so I don’t want to hear ” I don’t have to wear cologne. My girlfriend doesn’t care” well guess what she does care, so stop smelling like ass.

#6 Kouros Yves St. Laurent. We wore this at a time when guys were bathing in Drakkar and Polo. No one had it and it was such a complex cologne and it stayed on all day. Retired and discontinued.

#5 Issey Miyake Original This was the ultimate clubbing cologne in the mid 90s. It still smells awesome but EVERYONE bought it over time.

#4 OM by Gap I loved this cologne. It was market as unisex and Gap discontinued it several years ago. Now it is a bitch to find and when you do you pay out the ass. I reminded my of cinnamon and incense

#3 Curve Liz Claiborne It’s funny at one time this was an uber popular cologne but it’s popularity died down. It is still available everywhere and is still one of the most striking colognes on the market and hardly anyone wears it anymore. It’s not an annoying oldie like Obsession or CKOne

#2 Luna Rossa Prada – Fairly new and 100% awesome. Lavender, orange and sage are the most notable notes.

#1 L’Occitan by L’Occitane – I bought this at a duty free store in Punta Cana and feel in love. It’s not super popular so most people won’t know what you’re wearing but it’s complex with note of lavender, black pepper, musk and cinnamon.
