Chris Gardner  is an American entrepreneur, investor, stockbroker, speaker, author, and philanthropist who, during the early 1980s, struggled with homelessness while raising his son.  Gardner’s personal struggle of establishing himself as a stockbroker while managing fatherhood and homelessness is highlighted in his book In Pursuit of Happyness. His book is an international Bestseller, has been translated in to 40 languages and in 2006 he was portrayed by Will Smith in the blockbuster motion picture The Pursuit of Happiness.
