This week Chris and Suzanne
Styles had the pleasure of having the Happy Sandpit guy, Colin J Brown in
Studio. Colin is one of three South African’s speaking at this weekends Success Summit 2014 at the Sandton Convention
Centre. This year’s Success Summit includes international speakers and
businessmen Steve Wozniak, Jordan Belfort, Greg Secker, Dr John DeMartini,
Siyabulela Xusa, Andy Harrington and many more. There are still a few tickets

Through Colin J Browne’s own experiences with not having a Happy Sandpit in his
own business he had a fascination with culttre in organisation.How to Build a
Happy Sandpit is a South African business book with a powerful message about
how to recognize, enhance, maintain and protect the culture of your
organization through the most common business challenges.

Based on research within
more than 60 great South African businesses, it reveals truths which every
manager of people should know.

Colin spent most of his
working career as an editor and developer of business magazines in the UK,
Dubai and South Africa, including Marketing Mix, Creative Mix, The AIDS
Management Report and SALESGURU which he co-founded in 2006. The coolest thing
