This week we welcome the amazing Natalie Alcala. Natalie is a proud Mexican-Spanish woman and passionate connector. Following a whirlwind career as a freelance fashion writer, featured in noteworthy publications such as: Vogue, Racked, Elle, Refinery 29, and more! Natalie had seen such great success she became a successful fashion editor at Racked LA. 
Midway through her journalism journey, her career completely changed when she married and became pregnant. When her son was just three months old, in 2014 she launched Fashion Mamas, to celebrate and support working mothers. Natalie joins the show to share how she created a flourishing organization and how she put that mom-guilt to the side.
