There’s a different approach and mindset involved when starting a business out of necessity and when everything is riding on it. 
 
It was in that position that then 17-year-old Michael Nemeroff and his siblings found themselves launching RushOrderTees, a technology-driven eCommerce custom apparel company. Their parents’ business was failing and the family was losing their home. Entrepreneurial by nature and with a good background in technology, Michael, who was still just in highschool, founded the company to help his family weather the hardship and to hopefully never find himself in that sort of vulnerable position again. 
 
For 18 years, Michael has lived and breathed his business, growing it into an industry leader by streamlining processes, integrating new technologies, and focusing on the customer which includes everyone from local teams to small business to Fortune 500 companies. 
 
Michael is just starting to come up for air and joins us to share his experience along with lessons learned along the way. It’s an interesting contrast to those whose businesses were born out of hobby or whose side-hustles grew to main gigs. There’s lots to learn and we’re excited for you to listen along!
