Calvin Demechi Bacote was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Red Hook Projects. Although he was raised in a two parent household and excelled in academics, he was enticed by the fast money the streets offered.

He became a notorious stick up kid and drug lord, known in the underworld as Calvin Klein "Brooklyn Don of Red Hook Projects".

After serving 20 years in and out of prison Klein is home to tell his story "Neighborhoods Under Siege" available everywhere books are sold.
