You may have seen an impressive short film last year called The Portal that featured a lost, interdimensional wizard who becomes lost in our world and enlists the help of a travel agent. Or maybe you didn't, there was a lot of stuff that came out last year.
It followed with a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for a web series that would continue the story. A few months after successfully reaching their goal and we now have that new series.
Riftworld Chronicles retells the story of The Portal and continues the adventure with the wizard, Alar (Tahmoh Penikett), as he wanders our strange world and tries to restore his powers in order to return home. He meets Kim (Erin Karpluk), a struggling journalist who just needs a break, to help him navigate our realm.
