End Of Summer

October 19, 2013

On this day I was at home in front of my computer.

I had seen some red looking berrys at my local fields some days before, and got the motivation to grab my camera and go out to shoot the picture of the berrys.

I had got the photo I set out to get, the day was cold and all the hot days we had been getting was over, the sky was grey and I thought it may rain and if I had seen that spider there I would have run a mile.

Behind this shot in the blur is a man with his dog, he just walked down the hill, I looked up the hill and then up at the grey sky, I was thinking what a shame I could have got a really good dramatic photo from up there.

I then got what I call a tap on the shoulder, to go up the hill and take a shot of the end of summer.

This is the one out of the two I took, at the time I did not really give much thought to the meaning, but I suppose it is easy, This photo is the start of change and it is still perfect and right.

I could have named this photo "change," but that's not what or how I looked at it, other then the end of summer, I think people would look at the end of summer in different ways, for me, it is change that remains right and true and some times we have no control over it.

One of the things in this picture other then the grey sky, are the 3 trees down the foot of the hill circled by others, the framed moment can speak many different ways.
