Michael Baroni, the General Counsel for Palace Entertainment, is just a nice guy...for an attorney. Don't get me wrong he is a bear in the courtroom, but his litigation is usually done with a smile.

I walked into Michael's office and saw a myriad of sports paraphernalia. But what impressed me more was his charitable work. It ranged from Patriots and Paws to the Child Abuse Prevention Center and from the Women's Transitional Living Center to the Orangewood Foundation. 

Still, he has a 26-year track record of helping to revolutionize companies by implementing comprehensive, operational excellence. 

His warm smile and genuine interest in the presentation I and my colleague gave on advancing the rights of people with disabilities was more than refreshing.
