Ever hear the phrase "the customer is always right"? Apparently, many customer service representatives from top companies don't believe in this. This results in a bad customer experience.
Comcast is notorious for having bad customer service experiences. Listen to a viral audio clip of one such occurrence. The customer retention rep was relentless in not allowing the customer to cancel his service.
Comcast isn't the only company with bad customer experiences. Hear about one unfortunate customer service experience at a Colorado Best Buy. Also, the restaurant industry is known for many bad customer service experiences.
