Case study: Three female patients have been observed demonstrating pathological behaviors which include extreme talkativeness, persistent intoxication, and an uncomfortable level of intimacy with the television programme Dexter. Patients seem to be suffering from the delusion that the characters on said programme are real. In a misguided attempt to provoke other sufferers of this delusion, the patients publish their inebriated rants for others to hear in a “podcast” format. Recommended course of treatment for these patients is more beers. -EV
