Andrew Gurbada is the Founder and CEO of SmarterHSA, an employee benefits consulting firm focused on helping employers make the best employee benefit program decisions for their organization and employees.

Founded in 2016, SmarterHSA specializes in educating business owners and their employees on the power of using the health savings account in their healthcare and retirement planning. In total, Andrew has over ten years of experience working in the employer group insurance market.

Andrew graduated from Saint John’s University in 2009, and earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Hamline University in 2013.
