Tiffany Tripp and her husband Andy operate Graise Farm offering real food options from humanely raised animals including ducks, pigs, and chickens. They started farming at age 40 on her family’s farmstead in Faribault, MN. Tiffany returned to her hometown after living twenty years in other cities including Madison, Madrid and Minneapolis.

Before finding her passion for farming and local foods, Tiffany worked as a sales manager in the sheet metal industry traveling to major cities across Latin America. Today, Tiffany is a farmer, homesteader and local food advocate, working actively to connect people to more local food options. She is the founder of the Faribault Winter Farmers’ Market and co-founder of Cannon Valley Grown, an initiative to promote locally produced foods and farm goods in the Cannon River Valley region of Minnesota. She continues to work an off-farm job while they build their farm business that she and her husband hope to continue doing into retirement.
