Today’s guest is Sam MacPherson. Sam is one of the Co-Founders of The Lean Leadership Academy based out of Pinehurst, North Carolina. He also partnered with Lean Frontiers and is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Summit on Lean Leadership, an annual event that is coming up on it’s second annual meeting in Charlotte, NC.
