The drama is based on a manga, from 2011. Which is heavily inspired by both the classic Cinderlla story, and Boys Over Flowers.

A smart and spirited teenage girl – hates her home life due to her new stepmother and stepsister. She dreams of escaping her home, where she’s treated as an outsider. One day she helps out an old man and as thanks he makes her an unusual offer…
She’s invited to come live in a giant mansion and attend a prestigious high school, where she gets to pursue her dream of becoming a veterinarian.
There are four other inhabitants in this house — three beautiful brothers and one bodyguard. They become their own little family, and find love along the way.
The drama has the same director as A Gentleman’s Dignity, Secret Garden and Lie to Me. Who is very selective with his projects. That caught our attention.
It’s also happens to be the first time either of us sees this first episode. And boy, you can tell! We laugh and woop throughout.
