KRP 019: Who gets to decide when your dreams are done? with Brad Barton

June 30, 2016

Who gets to decide when you’re done? Who makes that choice? Brad Barton ran in college, and then stopped. He wasn’t inactive, but he wasn’t particularly active and in shape either. At 44 years old he ran a coaches mile in 4:43 and realized he still had something to do. He set several world records from the mile indoors, the mile outdoors and the 3,000 meter steeplechase. This episode of the Kaizen Running Podcast is Brad’s story. This episode releases as the last episode in June, and three days before he races in the masters exhibition race in Eugene, Oregon at the Olympic Trials. At age 50 this man is running faster than most people will ever DREAM of running. Find the show notes, links and videos here: http://www.kaizenrunning.com/krp-019/
