Daily Self Care Affirmations are an amazing tool to help you and I on our journey of self-care.

Self-Care is so important, it needs to be a non-negotiable.  

So if you have been feeling like you’re lacking in self-care  try these affirmations out.

Self-care is the most important thing you can learn in your life, in my opinion. You have to learn to be comfortable with yourself to be truly happy. Lacking self-care will cause all sorts of problems in your life. Meaning we will be too busy putting everyone self-care before our own. And that’s a whole problem within itself

I know this from first-hand experiences, it took me 41 years to finally love myself and some days I still struggle. On those days, I use my affirmations of self-care and other self-love tools to get rid of the negativity.

So let’s get into the self-care affirmations. Remember all these affirmations may not resonate with you but the ones that do please put them in your self-care tool boxes.
