Affirmations are short powerful statements that we say to ourselves daily. Those powerful affirmations can be said for self-growth or for self-sabotage . You listen to you always remember that . What you say to yourself is what you believe. 



1-You are human

2- Everybody messes up sometime.

3- At least you tried at least you put yourself out there.

4- You shouldn’t be so hard on yourself.

5- I am learning from my mistakes

6- I Can go through what I need to go through so I can move on.

7 Beating Yourself up isn’t going helpful. 

8. I will keep trying

9.It’s never too Late to change 

10. My struggles are opportunities that I create for my own self growth
