I was delighted to have a conversation with a world renowned Action Learner, whose commitment to LifeLong Learning has enabled many people globally to transform their lives. Winston Jacob is a Certified, Chartered and Accredited Professional Consultant with a proven track record spanning forty years, thirty three years of which have been in Papua New Guinea. He is the Chairman for Selwin Consult Ltd, Director of Precision Aero Services Pte Ltd and the National President-Global University for Life Long Learning (India). 

He was awarded the title of MBE by Her Majesty the Queen, recommended by the Government of Papua New Guinea for his invaluable service to Management and Services to Humanity for the nation, received the Scout Friendship Award by the Japanese Government and the United Nations ambassador for World Peace and Love.

He facilitates Executive Management Mentoring/Coaching in India and globally. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with others and encourages Life Long Learning. He is being honoured with another Global Award as a recognition of his work facilitating lifelong learning.

[L= P +Q].Prof.Alan Mumford coined the formulae L = P + Q to the power of 2!
My Formulae for LifeLong Learning L to the power of 3 equlas to Programmed knowledge P plus Q to the power of infintive!! where you keep on questioning that question to a higher level!! This sounds really paradoxical andamp; mystical.
