I have Tanya Heath with me in this interview a naturopath, a counselor, and an  InterPlayer. I have been so lucky because I have had some amazing meals cooked for me by Tanya. The picture above was at one of her gatherings where everything she cooked was gluten free, sugar free and some even dairy free. And it was all delicious!

She is going to tell us, today, all about how food affects our emotions and our wellbeing are affected by the food we eat.

She shares an overview of

emotional and physical symptoms
different foods for different people
the effects of gluten, sugar, fat and oil on different people
what are adequate nutrients
the benefits of vegetable juices
your immune system and toxins
