On this episode of the Access Your Intuitive Body Wisdom Podcast I interviewed Trish Watts, a Voice, Play and Movement facilitator, from SoulVoice. Trish is also the co-creator of Voice Movement Oceania. She has a great mix of experience and knowledge in song, movement and play methods to help people find their own voice. Not for professional singing, for anyone for their lives.


 


For this show I asked Trish to share the importance of understanding and playing with your voice to access your Body Wisdom and find your own authenticity.
