May 11, 2017 – Archangel Michael and Steve Beckow talk about the conditions of inner peace – how it’s a form of love, a quality and response of the Sacred Self or Natural Self, what it feels like, how we expand it, etc.
He discussed the meaning of peace and described it as being like granite, an unusual description but one which entirely fit my own experience of it. When I was in peace, I felt substantial, weighty, like a rock. I thought it strange that I didn’t feel buoyant.
He said that this weightiness was the truth element of peace, which has solidity to it. (Perhaps explaining why Jesus would talk about houses built on rock vs. on the sand of an unpeaceful mind and heart.)
We discussed the certainty of knowing that arrives hand-in-hand with peace. He called it “truly knowing.” It isn’t intellectual knowledge or experiential knowledge; he confirmed he was pointing to realized knowledge.
We talked about the role of hope and reconciled two teachings (one that hope was faith in the Divine Plan and activated the law of attraction and the other that hope was a postponement of action and therefore to be avoided).
Remember that realized knowledge does not have to be the world-swallowing knowledge of enlightenment; it can be a simple seeing or an Aha!” as well. It’s the process of certain or true knowing, not the depth achieved, that’s being referred to.
Michael discussed how to go about attracting divine Grace – things it’s useful to do in a day, such as stating your intention upon rising, at noon, and at night.
He said that when we take a step towards the Divine, the Divine moves exponentially towards us.
He anchored peace in us – or anyone listening to the show, or, I presume, any simply opening to the vibration of peace he sends out.
While he talked about us as infants taking their first steps, he also acknowledged that we can have conversations now that we couldn’t years earlier. We are, apparently, precocious children.
