Shane Free - Hex Hollow

August 01, 2014

Ah the bonus episode, don't you love them? I do, and this one is with Shane Free who's directing the Hex Hollow documentary which is all about the Reymeyer hollow murder that happened in York Country in 1928. Shane is from the area but currently lives in L.A. and came back to finish up Hex Hollow and I asked him to come on the show to talk about it and such you know especially since a York artist's song made it on the film (more in the episode.) In this episode we talk about history, witchcraft, scary things that go bump in the night, and the rigors of having a part-time yet full-time hobby-job.

In the picture above, he's chilling with the author of "Trials of Hex" and you could say the catalyst of the documentary, J Ross McGinnis.
