Yes, Connecticut, but Lancaster has adopted her regardless so she's on the show. By the way, this was a semi-inpromtu show since I was lucky enough to catch her on an off day from recording, but more on that in the show. Canyon is in town for the LAUNCH music festival this weekend, and I caught up with her last month before we both played at the Community Room on King one fine Saturday evening. This was such a fun episode to do; she played amazingly, we talked about the recording process and the highs and lows therein, as well as writing songs that may or may not have a solid meaning behind it.
