Last week we launched LifterLMS and the launch went incredibly well!

However, like most launches that I have been through I always hit a dip right after everything goes live.

I have struggled to figure out why this happens. I think it is a combination of a few things.

1. 
   
2. Maxed out adrenaline
   
3. The realization that launch is one stop in the journey – not the destination
   
4. Lack of sleep
   

Today I talk about how I have overcome the post launch blues and give a recommendation as to how you can prepare for your upcoming launch.
